Room was clean...also simple but nice...

Television -the channel not very clear...sometime channel mixed up with another channel.

Not much compliments since I stayed for a night only but the rate is quite high for such type of hotel.

Staff is mostly foreigners, is it safe???

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The location was strategic, situated near industrial areas which was ideal for my visit. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. The room was always clean and tidy, ensuring a pleasant stay.

No major issues encountered, everything was satisfactory.

When i make booking there was saying that no booking fees is needed and the credit card is for guarantee purpose, when we check in we did inform counter that we want to pay cash and on the 3rd day we have finish our job and want to back early to Taiwan but is not allow and told us that the money already charge in the credit card.

Noted that the hotel didnt have any swimmingpool

We had a great time spending our New Year's Eve at a hotel located near the main road. the complimentary snacks and drinks in our room made us feel welcome and appreciated. the room was spacious, clean, and smelled fresh. the hotel's strategic location made it easy for us to explore nearby universities and visit family and friends who live nearby. It was a great advantage for us to have a decent spread for breakfast, which included cereal, bread, eggs, and fruit.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and definitely worth it for the quality of the accommodation. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests and made sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a strategic area, making it convenient to explore the city and access nearby attractions. I was very satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

The rooms are practical and huge, with modern decoration.

Nicely decorated room, huge with comfortable bed and pillow. Quiet location, near to national sports complex. Also - not far from Universities, Close to attractions and Selangor Turf Club...

Poor breakfast.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a good experience. The family room was comfortable enough for our family of five, and the facilities were in good working order. Having friendly staff was also a plus, as it made our stay more enjoyable. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

There were some negatives that we noticed during our stay. the bathroom could only accommodate one person at a time, which made things difficult for our family.

Check-in was efficient. The room was fairly spacious and extremely clean and comfortable, maybe because of the new management taking over the operations recently. Parking was easy and ample.

Maybe they can look into improving the breakfast spread... but for the value I paid, I'm not actually complaining.
